Reconnecting the dispersed workforce

Too often, communication from the centre fails to recognise the needs of the varying types of internal audiences especially within a remote or widely dispersed workforce: the field engineer or sales executive who may work mainly on their own and rarely return to a corporate location. The result, quite simply, is that employees go their own way and it's bad for the brand.
